Earlier this year we began the process of setting up a E-theses collection within the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine's Research Online resource, and we currently have over 270 theses, with the earliest dating back to 1950! In the past accessing these theses necessitated a physical trip to the physical library but theses like all other types of academic research is now moving online.
The majority of these theses had been digitised by the British Library as part of the ETHOS project upon the request of individuals. Since our launch we have had a number of Alumni send us their own thesis to add to Research Online. There are of course many more theses that are not online and we would like to invite Alumni to submit their own thesis to us to increase access to their research. Unfortunately we do not have the facility to digitise any theses but if you have your own thesis in a digital format please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist in making it available.
