Professor K. Srinath Reddy, President of the Public Health Foundation of India
and an Honorary Fellow of the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, was conferred the degree of Doctor of Science (Medicine) honoris causa by the University of London at a special ceremony held at Buckingham Palace on Wednesday 26 November.
This degree was presented to Professor Reddy by Her Royal Highness Princess Anne, who is also Chancellor of the University of London. This honour acknowledges Professor Reddy’s outstanding contributions in the fields of public health and cardiology.
