STAR collaborators visitingn the New Start Centre

The purpose of this visit was to appreciate the New Start centre activities in rural Zimbabwe. Dr Fern Terris-Prestholt and Dr Marc D’Elbee from LSHTM’s STAR economics team, Collin Mangenah from CeSHHAR and Miriam Mutseta, the STAR Program Manager at Population Services International (PSI) Zimbabwe, met with Sylvia Madakadze, who works at the New Start centre. This PSI mobile outreach provides HIV testing services as well as family planning services. They will be one of the points of access for the STAR project’s distribution of HIV oral self-test kits.
