In March I gave a presentation on the initial findings of the study. This presentation was at the Research into Innovation in Distance Learning and Education conference, held at the University of London.
It was a good opportunity to go through the progress so far and gain feedback from others within the Education field. Seemingly, there aren’t many others who are engaging in this kind of research in how distance learning students actually learn. But, colleagues were keen to hear about students learning difficult topics such as math modelling.
