Alumni – what has been your proudest moment?

What has been your proudest moment or achievement?

We asked several alumni from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine to tell us what moment or achievement they are most proud of from their studies and careers.

  • For Dr Bobbi Pritt (MSc Medical Parasitology, 2008), it was being named Teacher of the Year for three consecutive years after finishing her studies at the School.
  • For Professor John Gyapong (Short Course in Epidemiology & Population Sciences, 1995), his proudest moment was becoming the Pro-Vice Chancellor for Research Innovation and Development at the University of Ghana.
  • For Anne Wilson (MSc Public Health in Developing Countries, 2009) it was seeing a review she wrote during her MSc implemented as a policy in a number of countries by the World Health Organization.
