The Embase update is due to take place next week. If you use indexing terms in your saved searches (often also called subject headings or MeSH terms), you may have to update your searches.<\/p>\n<p>The main change for 2014 is the addition of new terms for different groups of people. So, for example, if you were interested in searching for articles written about people from Jamaica, you could search on the index term &#8216;Jamaican&#8217;. They also have some regional terms too, like &#8216;EU Citizen&#8217; or &#8216;North African&#8217;.
