Many thanks to all of you who emailed comments regarding the trial, they were really useful in helping us to fix the problems. We are very happy to announce that the issues have now been resolved and the survey is once again ready for your opinions and insights!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lshtm.ac.uk\/library\/rdstrial.html\">http:\/\/www.lshtm.ac.uk\/library\/rdstrial.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>If you aren\u2019t already aware of the library\u2019s resource discovery trial:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Library and Archives Service is providing trial access to <strong>three Resource Discovery Systems<\/strong> (EDS, Primo, and Summon) from 17 November 2014 \u2013 19 December 2014. We would like as many staff and students as possible to explore the Systems, and then let us know how they find them.<\/p>\n<p>Taking part and providing feedback will help the Library in its continuing efforts to shape services to meet user needs. It should only take you about 5-10 minutes to complete the survey.<\/p>\n<p>Responses are not linked back to individuals, and all results will be presented in an aggregated and anonymized form. The deadline for completing the survey is 19 December 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Please remember these are just trial systems, so don\u2019t expect all the Library resources to be found.<\/p>\n<p>Resource Discovery Systems provide library users with a single interface to search, discover and access both print and electronic resources.
