The Library & Archives Service will be holding a training event for staff wishing to better understand LSHTM processes for setting up a research grant and how they can deal with project management issues. This event will be held on Monday Feb 13, at 2-5pm in the Mary Seacole room at Tavistock Place and is open to all LSHTM staff.<\/p>\n

The session will cover the following topics:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Working with Research Operations to setup the project account and deal with contracts<\/li>\n
  2. Establishing research governance processes and procedures within your study<\/li>\n
  3. Scoping project roles and recruiting staff<\/li>\n
  4. Addressing legal & regulatory obligations for data management and information security<\/li>\n
  5. Dealing with open access & data sharing obligations for research publications<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The session will be attended & presented by representatives from the Research Operations, Human Resources, Research Governance, Open Access, and Research Data Management teams, who will be happy to answer your questions.<\/p>\n
