For more details, see <a href=\"https:\/\/uk-postdoc-appreciation-week.webnode.co.uk\/teaching-methods\/\">https:\/\/uk-postdoc-appreciation-week.webnode.co.uk\/teaching-methods\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In anticipation of PAW the Library has put together a display of books to aid postdoctoral staff with research and teaching. These include:<\/p>\n<p>Research methods in education \/ L. Cohen, L. Manion, K. Morrison \u2013 7th edition. \u2013 London &amp; New York : Routledge, 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Academic practice : developing as professional in higher education \/ S. Weller. \u2013 Los Angeles : SAGE, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>University teaching in practice : a learning centred approach \/ L. Hunt and D Chalmers, editors \u2013 Abingdon, Oxon : Routledge\/Acer, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Feedback in higher and professional education : understanding it and doing it well \/ edited by D. Boyd and E. Molloy. \u2013 London &amp; New York : Routledge, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>We have a sizeable section devoted to research and teaching in higher education, located at class-mark AR.AT in the Reading Room, located on the Gower Street side in the corner adjacent to the double doors (marked \u201cFire Exit\u201d) which lead to the Barnard Room.
