Nutrition, Diet and Fasting in March

This March, fasting and food awareness is an incredibly important part of many peoples every day. With Ramadan well underway, and Lent just beginning, a large portion of the population will for the next few weeks be far more observational over their eating than usual. Alongside religious fasting, many of us (more disciplined people) may still be holding on to our new year’s resolutions, steadfastly ignoring the KFC Zinger Double Down adverts that appear whenever you try to watch anything on Channel 4. 

Whether you are currently fasting, have given something up for lent, or are overall interested in your eating habits, do consider picking up one of the books from this week’s display.
