The ALPHA Network welcomed Chodziwadziwa (Cho) Kabudula as a Data Manager/Lecturer, and Sylvia Blom as a Research Fellow.

Cho previously worked as a Senior Data Scientist and Head of IT and Data Section at the MRC/Wits Rural Public Health and Health Transitions Research Unit (Agincourt), University of the Witwatersrand.

Sylvia just completed her MSc in Medical Statistics at LSHTM in 2015, and has in the past worked as a Senior Research Assistant for the International Food Policy Research Institute.
