NIHR has announced that Professors Martin White and Frank Kee have been appointed as programme director and chair respectively of the NIHR Public Health Research (PHR) Programme. The appointments are made in succession to Professor Catherine Law, whose term of office is due to come to an end in 2014.
The NIHR Public Health Research Programme was established in 2008 and, under the expert leadership of Professor Law, has become a key component of the NIHR, complementing other NIHR programmes and initiatives and the NIHR School for Public Health Research (SPHR).
