We’re pleased to be able to provide books and other physical materials via Inter Library Loan (ILL) once again. ILL is a useful service for all current LSHTM staff and students in those instances when you’re looking for an item from our LSHTM Library but you find we don’t hold it. For those at LSHTM but not based in London, we can also send ILL articles and other shorter items electronically. There is a small charge involved however, so our advice is that it’s worth exploring other free routes first, as outlined here: Finding items on Discover
If you’ve tried these routes but still can’t track down an item, you can place your ILL request via our ILL request form – you’ll just need your regular LSHTM login for this one. You’ll then need to follow the instructions which you’ll find here on the Service Desk.
