The aim of Nutrition and Hydration week is to promote the value of food and drink in maintaining health and well being in health and social care.
LSHTM has long promoted the study and teaching of nutrition, as well as water supply, quality and related socio-economic issues and this is reflected in our collections. A selection of books is on display in our Reading Room to mark this occasion.
